These are some pictures of my latest album.  I do not think my photography skills are the greatest.....have to work on that!

Newest baby album

I had so much fun creating this baby album for a friend.  The pictures do not do it justice.  Patterns for paper piecings are from Little Scraps of Heaven and Treasure Box Designs.  I just love how easy it is to make such intricate paper piecings with their patterns!

Scrap Mojo Returns!

Whew!  What a busy few weeks!  I have barely been able to keep up with my everyday life-never mind trying to find time to scrapbook!  This layout was made for a friend I work with who just recently became a grandmother.  I used the Treasure Box Pals Collection from Treasure Box Designs to make the animals, and I framed the whole page to be hung on a wall.  I like how it came out a lot!

Little Hero

Whew!  What a crazy week I am having!  This week's layouts are still in progress, but I wanted to post a picture of one that I am really having fun making.  It is tttled, "lil' hero," and is coming along nicely.  I am still fussing with page two-I will post a picture of the entire 2-page layout when it's finished.

Oh, my goodness!  I was so delighted today to log on and find that I have two followers on this blog!  I am so excited!  Thank you for following!  I am in the middle of a very hectic "back to school" week after our February vacation, so I don't have any new pictures today.  I am making the most adorable baby album for my new nephew-can't wait to post those pics!  One of my friends and I moderate an after-school scrapbooking club for the children at the school I work in.  It is so much fun seeing what they do with their paper and stickers!  They have come up some really creative paper piecings that they drew themselves!  It is so much fun to share my love of paper crafts with them!

Dino-mite!

Set of three dinosaurs (patterns courtesy of LSHD) going up on ebay tonight!  They are perfect for a little/baby boy layout!

Doggone Cute!

I used the "Woof You" pattern from LSHD to make the paper piecings on this page.  Planning on listing it on eBay tonight or tomorrow.  It is meant to be framed and hung, but it could be the first or last page in an album, too.  It's only a single page, not a double page layout.

Hooray For Vacation!

One of the things I like best about being a teacher is having the same vacation schedule as my children.  We begin our winter break today-much needed!  I have many scrapbook projects to work on this week-new layouts to sell on eBay, patterns that I bought and then haven't made yet, and a very special baby album I am working on!  Housework can wait; I'll be in "scrap mode" all week!  Of course that's in-between game playing and crafting with the children!

I love the way this paper piecing came out!  I used a pattern from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs to create this and used chalk and ink to add dimension.

New Directions

I am, admittedly, a little late with my New Year's Resolutions, but since we have been so busy at home, I figure that it's better late than never! I have been really bad at updating this blog. So, my New Year's resolution is to update it weekly with the paper piecing projects I have created.
